Please submit your RSVP by Saturday, July 18, 2026. We invite you to RSVP here [Insert Link Here]. This will help us get an accurate idea of how many guests will be attending the ceremony and evening reception.
Can I bring my kids?
Children are warmly welcome to attend our wedding ceremony and the immediate cake reception. Please note that since the evening reception will run later and be adult-focused, we recommend parents plan for childcare in the evening. However, we completely understand if arrangements aren’t possible, but we wanted to share our hopes for the evening celebration.
Are plus-ones allowed?
Guests are allowed to bring a plus-one. We ask that our guests be courteous and include their plus-one’s information in their RSVP.
Can I change my RSVP?

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?
Yes, we’ve reserved a room block at the Aloft By Marriott Oklahoma City Downtown - Bricktown. Please book your stay by Wednesday, August 26, 2026 to ensure a room in our block. Use code Stephenson Wedding Block or mention Jason Stephenson while booking. Click here to book your stay.
Will there be a shuttle to/and or from the hotel?
We apologize, but there will not be a shuttle service.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
All events will take place indoors.
What’s the dress code?
Our dress code for the wedding is formal attire. Although a tie is not required we ask that our guests wear a suite/blazer, or an appropriate length dress.
The evening reception will be a more relaxed celebration. We invite guests to change into a casual or 90s inspired outfit to match the theme of the reception.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?
No, guests may not take pictures during the ceremony. We understand that you would like to take photos of our special day. However, this is a violation of our contract with our photographer. Please do not take photos during the wedding ceremony. We will let our guests know when we post photos of the ceremony on our website.
Are pictures allowed at the reception?
Yes, you may take photos at the receptions. We just ask that you do not get in the way of our photographer if you see her taking a photo.
Can I bring my gift to the wedding?
Yes, a gift table will be provided for your convenience.
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
There will be ample parking provided at the wedding venue.
Is there parking available at the evening reception venue?
There are parking spaces along Broadway and parking on the side of the building on 7th street. Parking is also available in a lot across the street from Plenty Mercantile.
What type of food will be served at the immediate reception?
Cake, ice cream, and non-alcoholic beverages will be served at the immediate reception in the church fellowship hall. We will provide non-dairy and gluten-free options.
When will the immediate reception end?
The exact time will vary, but please note that the immediate reception will be about an hour and a half long.
What type of food will be served at the evening reception?
In addition to cake, snacks, and other desserts, Big Truck Tacos will be catering the evening reception. Gluten free and dairy free options will be provided.
When will the evening reception end?
The evening reception will take place between 6:00 PM and 11:00 PM. We ask that our guests not stay at the evening reception past the appointed time so that we’re not in violation of our contract.
Will there be an open bar?
Although drinks will be free, please note that each guest will be limited to three alcohol based drinks. Drink tickets will be provided.
What if I have dietary needs/allergies?
Please make note of this in your RSVP. Although we will have gluten-free and dairy-free options, we would like all of our guests to enjoy the festivities without fear of an allergic reaction.
Do I have to attend both receptions?
We would love for our guests to take part in all of the festivities, but we understand if you’re not able to attend both receptions. We ask that you make note of this when you RSVP.
How will you communicate any changes prior to the wedding?
We will post regular updates to our website and will reach out to our guests if necessary.
